Yeah, it was chaotic and often messy, but I loved being in my twenties. I was offered the ability to work through things and figure it all out. No one expected me to have my shit together.
But let’s be honest, have you ever REALLY figured it all out? Life is a constant evolution. I hate the stigma that I’m now expected to be buttoned up.
Guess what? I’m not. I know what I want, I know how to be happy and I know how to not take “no” for an answer. But I’m still growing. I always will be.
So, all of you over 30 out there – it’s ok to not be perfect. Go ahead, lose your shit sometimes. Have a cry because you’re confused about the next step in life.
Then, pull it together, get dressed and let it go. You’re ever-evolving. No shame in that game.
